The MT Tumbler 500 Med is a medical cannabis trimmer designed and manufactured in stainless steel to comply with cGMP requirements and EC regulations EC 2023/2006, EC 1935/2004 on good manufacturing practice for food contact materials and 2006/42/EC and 2014/ 30/EU of the EC directive.

This trimmer has the ability to work wet and dry. Simply change the tumbler according to your choice. By default, this machine is supplied with a wet tumbler. These tumblers are large in size to promote the flow of the flowers and preserve their quality. They are made of stainless steel with tempered steel blades treated for food use. They are capable of 320 cuts/second when working in conjunction with the 11-blade reel. The work done by the wet tumbler is equivalent to that done by 15 people, which may be higher as production volume increases. It can be linked to another MT Tumbler 500 Med to increase throughput, for which you will need rails to tilt both machines to facilitate product flow.

The MT Tumbler 500 Med is easy to maintain in good condition as no tools are required for basic maintenance and all components are water resistant and can be easily deep cleaned with hot pressurized water and disinfected with Master Clean.

The trimmer has a double safety detector, on the top and side covers, to stop the machine completely in case of misuse.
